Twenty-four person sustained injuries when a KSRTC bus bound for Hyderabad fell into a well in Chinnachintakunta mandal of Mahabubnagar district in Telangana on Tuesday evening.

According to Atmakur Inspector, Prabhakar Reddy, the bus was coming from Karnataka towards Hyderabad with around 40 passengers. It slowed down on a narrow bridge between Devekadra and Chinnachintakunta when a truck laden with sugar bags rammed into it from behind. On receipt of information, the police rushed to the spot and shifted the victims to nearby hospitals for treatment. A case has been registered by the local police.
